Hosting and server logs

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, USA, and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany).

When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred and the browser identifier. This is required to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, working operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Usage statistics without cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are opened. The service works without cookies, without fingerprinting and without recognising you across devices; only aggregated numbers are evaluated. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understandable usage statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics only with your consent (PostHog)

If you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, we load PostHog (PostHog, Inc., USA). The data is processed on European servers (eu.i.posthog.com). Without your consent the service is not loaded at all.

We then record pageviews, clicks and interactions. This includes the numbers you enter into the savings calculator and the saving calculated from them, plus technical details such as browser, operating system and screen size. PostHog stores cookies and entries in your browser's local storage for this. Session recording is switched off.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Nothing is recorded after that, and the cookies and entries set by PostHog are deleted.

Cookies and local storage

Without your consent this website sets no cookies. Your browser's local storage only remembers two things: the language you picked with the language switch and your choice in the cookie banner. Both stay in the browser and are not transmitted to us.

If you accept analytics, the cookies and entries from PostHog are added.

If you sign in to the application at app.leadtobill.com, our authentication provider Clerk sets technically necessary session cookies for the leadtobill.com domain. Without signing in, these cookies do not appear.

Registration and sign-in

Registration does not happen on this website but at app.leadtobill.com. There, our provider Clerk (Clerk, Inc., USA) processes the sign-in data, such as your email address. Details are set out in the MAVENO FlexCo privacy policy at maveno.ai/datenschutz.

Contact by email

If you write to [email protected], we process your message and your address in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).

Transfer to the USA

Cloudflare and Clerk are US companies. Processing in the USA is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
